  • Reviewed stock levels and analysed sales.
  • Worked on product information for defibrillators on the Online Shop.
  • Secured a place in the November email newsletter for Christmas cards.
  • Wrote content for the defibrillator web pages for selling to communities.
  • Met with the Stewardship Team to discuss using Freshdesk.
  • Discussed content planning and user journeys for the NDN.
  • Contacted a Blood Pressure Monitor supplier to discuss selling their products.
  • Helped with a Six Sigma Green Belt project to improve logistics at CSC.

  • Comparing Sept ‘18 so far to the same period last year, the organic traffic to the Online Shop increased 243%. Traffic for the search term ‘British Heart Foundation Furniture’ increased 2,150%
