Worked on requirements for implementing Qubit on the Online Shop.
Completed Data Protection, Information Security, and PCI DSS Training.
Did some customer research on what people want from personalised wedding place cards.
Wrote the project plan for personalised wedding Donation Place Cards.
Investigating using screensavers to promote Christmas cards more widely across the BHF.
Reviewed and tested weekly finance export files.
Designed an email to market Christmas cards.

More requirements for implementing Qubit.
Working on the Ecards Project Plan.
User research session to get opinions of how to improve the Online Shop.
Documenting ecommerce processes for RMSP.
Starting to work on creating blended search results of Ebay and Online Shop products.
Submitting Christmas cards content for the November edition of the BHF Monthly Email Newsletter.
Beginning to plan automated email journeys based on purchase categories.

Monday the 16th was Restart A Heart Day, and comparing to last year the Online Shop had an increase in new visitors of 78%, an increase in Goal Completions of 47%, and an increase in transactions of 40%.
