  • Comparing last week against last year, the percentage of visitors on Desktops has stayed about the same but visitors using Mobiles has increased 60%, the number of pages viewed on Mobiles increased 32%, and the number of Checkouts on Mobiles increased 50%.

  • So far in May, 36% of orders have been ‘assisted conversions’, which means the customer came to the online shop multiple times from multiple sources, e.g. email, BHF websites, and directly. 15% of conversions were by Referral and Direct, which means they came from BHF websites and directly to the Online Shop before placing their order.
