Reported on the first full week of Christmas Card sales at 81% up on the same week last year. Kicked-off another phase of the Process Mapping Project. Made a Reporting process map. Started a Magento development roadmap, and wrote lots of requirements. Reviewed sales of London to Brighton Travel Tickets and Clothing, and started planning for next year. Started planning for a complete Marketing Plan for the Online Shop. Prepared for the Ecommerce Monthly Management Meeting and Ecommerce Working Group. Set-up Related Products on all the Christmas Cards using a different approach to usual.

Reported another 31% increase in sales compared to the same week last year. That puts this year’s revenue 73% up on the same time last year. Sold our first Christmas card, the Polar Express . Went to SoAmpli training to learn how to use our new social amplification platform, and had a really interesting chat with a Community Fundraising Manager. Improved Christmas Card product listings. Reviewed the logistics process maps that have been completed so far. Wrote a project plan for more Ecommerce Process Mapping. Met with the new RMSP BA. Wrote a report on London to Brighton sales on the Online Shop. Met with our logistics company.

Kicking off another part of the Ecommerce Process Mapping Project Preparing for the Ecommerce Monthly Management Meeting and the Ecommerce Working Group. Sharing the Ecommerce Projects Roadmap and talking about better working with Fundraising. Working on the Heartfelt marketing plan. Starting to think about what an Annual Marketing Plan for the Online Shop might include. Investigating errors in last year’s sales reports.

Experimented with Customer Support solutions. Launched our new Running Vest and T-Shirts . Wrote the Marketing Plan for Christmas cards. Met with the Head of Mass Participation to establish better links between departments. Launched Christmas Cards on the Online Shop. Investigated an issue with the Merchandising System. Received my badge for Ecommerce Expo.
