How do neurodivergent folks/ folks with dyspraxia or dyslexia feel about this? And folks who work in their 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th languages? Written, async-first cultures happen to suit me better (and are flavour of the month in org design world), but I often wonder if they exclude.
