- Started advertising wedding favours again.
- Put the Midas Fix project back on the queued projects list.
- Met with our logistics company and talked about fulfilling Amazon orders.
- Learned about how Clarks use analytics to understand customer behaviour.
- Met with Topman to see how they use Qubit.
- Worked on our Testing and Personalisation Plan.
- Revised our budget forecasts for this year.
- Found another way to get an Online Shop banner on the Events sign-up confirmation page.
- Reviewed our Personal Development Objectives.
- Signed up for Procurement Training

- The new Online Shop is one year old. In that year we’ve seen Conversion Rate go up 11.50%, Order completion go up 15.41%, Account registration go up 104.68%, Abandonment Rate go down 10.82%, Transactions go up 17.42%, Pageviews go up 7.28%, and Average Time on Page go up 2.36%.
