- Tested Hourly Order Exports to help the warehouse be more efficient in their order picking.
- Analysed call volumes and phone orders.
- Tested the new Weekly Finance Reports to automate our financial reporting.
- Met with our warehouse team to talk about the changes required as part of RMSP.
- Set up the tests for our Facebook Shop.
- Arranged for Christmas cards to be featured in the Heart Matters email newsletter in November.
- Designed our first marketing email for Christmas cards to go with 100 days till Christmas.
- Met the new Email Marketing Manager and talked about automating emails.

Interesting stat of the week…
- Christmas cards this year compared to last year: The first page of products has seen a 272% increase in unique pageviews, conversion rate for all Christmas card pages is up 34%, and Christmas card revenue is up 116%. That’s a good start.
