Did some thinking about expressing a potential new product clearly. I worked backwards from Impact to Outcomes to Outputs to Activities to Inputs. And some problem/solution hypotheses. Having a clear idea about what problems we’re tackling is a constant problem. If this product goes ahead, hopefully I can give it some focus.
