Watched the Agile Broadcast video about outcomes that talk about validation being as equally important as prioritisation in product management. Validation in the problem discovery space, prioritisation in the solution delivery space.
Read an article saying that agile wasn’t working because coaches had failed to inspire business leaders to care. Maybe it’s coaching that failed.
