Talked about my progress tracker and recording actual work to compare against planned work.

Did a bit of pre-emptive planning for an MVP just in case an opportunity comes our way.

Read some more of the unicorn project and thought about how bureaucracy is created and becomes the dominant way. And tried to understand a bit of Hegel’s ‘abstract – negative – concrete’ to see if it helps explain bureaucracy as the result of abstracting away from the work, and maybe empowered teams that are close to users with fast feedback loops as concreting towards the realities of the work.

Thought about how to describe a pattern of work that is something like, “Aim high, work small, fast feedback, course correct.”
