Updated my roadmap and and decided to focus on writing a guide to responsible product management.
Started setting-up web pages about responsible product management. The idea is to create a framework for assessing a product for things like accessibility, privacy, inclusion, etc., in a coherent way that allows product teams to see where they are weakest.
Wrote a quick blog post about my content discovery system.
Tried using the Give Blood app again but it’s completely unusable. I get completely different search results searching locations that are only a couple of miles apart, and when I go into the listings they show that they are fully booked. It’s a good example of a bad digital service for something that really does need to be good.
