Rubric for responsibility
What might a rubric for deciding responsibilities between two teams look like?
Traditional teams would divide responsibilities by hierarchical organisational structure.
Dividing by method or phase doesn’t look like it would work as it would create artificial barriers.
Perhaps the answer is that two teams aren’t two teams, they are one. So, how would one team define it’s responsibilities?
