The future of work starts with an Ethos of Good, not an ISO work standard Roger on 05/07/2021 The future of work is far too important to be left to the experts to design or a set of ISO standards which belong to an industrial age. Most “experts” don’t have the answers because their constructs of what work is are based on a 300-year-old factory or mechanistic model of work. This 1st stream model no longer speaks to the cry of people to experience joy in their work, to flourish and contribute as individuals and as a collective.
