Hereford Board and Bike Park
As a small social enterprise with a dream to get more kids into adventurous activities and no money to spend on advertising, Hereford Board and Bike Park asked for some help to get their digital marketing started and delivering results quickly.

With an operating season of only five months of the year we needed to act fast. Working with the maxim that ‘it’s cheaper to keep a customer than to get a new one’, and with activities like biking, mountainboarding, and slacklining having lots of skills to learn, I focused on maximising return customers through customer segmentation, email marketing, discount deals and special offers of coaching.
