Most product teams are far more focused on the build work.
Discovery helps us understand the problems our users face.
Building tries to solve that problem for those users.
Measurement helps us understand if the solution works.
Discovery and measurement are important for figuring out if the investment we put into building was worth it.
But these shouldn’t be thought of as separate, distinct phases. They are continuous and intertwined.
