What went well?
Had some good inputs in a programme level delivery planning session and picked up so insight into the future layout.
Wrote up some of my ideas about roadmaps and delivery plans.
What didn’t go so well?
Didn’t express my concerns about a proposed change very positively.
What could I do differently in the future?
Try harder to listen, and be clearer about exploring options versus focusing on a solution.
