  • A year ago the largest age group of customers was 45 – 54 at 27%, but now the largest age group is 35 – 44 at 33%, so we’re getting younger customers.

  • Reported another 31% increase in sales compared to the same week last year. That puts this year’s revenue 73% up on the same time last year.
  • Sold our first Christmas card, the Polar Express.
  • Went to SoAmpli training to learn how to use our new social amplification platform, and had a really interesting chat with a Community Fundraising Manager.
  • Improved Christmas Card product listings.
  • Reviewed the logistics process maps that have been completed so far.
  • Wrote a project plan for more Ecommerce Process Mapping.
  • Met with the new RMSP BA.
  • Wrote a report on London to Brighton sales on the Online Shop.
  • Met with our logistics company.
