- So far in May, 36% of orders have been ‘assisted conversions’, which means the customer came to the online shop multiple times from multiple sources, e.g. email, BHF websites, and directly. 15% of conversions were by Referral and Direct, which means they came from BHF websites and directly to the Online Shop before placing their order.
