Was asked to do another Digital Charity talk.
Wasn’t able to meet some expectations at work.
Not sure. I feel I’ve been clear about the stakeholders not wanting the solutions.
Started to uncover some problems with a new project so we can solve them.
Didn’t get any work done this evening.
Accept that it’s ok to have an evening off.
Sent my second ‘Read Recently’ thread on Twitter.
Got some good feedback on my charity meetup talk and finished writing it.
Didn’t have enough time to go for a proper walk (only a quick one).
Kinda got chased out of dodge (such is the life of a nomad).
Not say ‘yes’ to so many things, or accept that it means not doing other things.
Don’t stay in one place too long.
Started a Service Design short course with UAL.
Communication platform switch feels like progress in the right direction.
Wrote most of my talk for a charity meetup.
Got an offer to work with me on developing a daily journaling app.
Still can’t figure out the best way to organise my roadmap, planner, notes.
A bit more focus on writing the talk might have got me further, especially as I need to give myself time to practice.
Interesting chats about where capabilities exist in organisations and how breaking process and shifting capabilities to people helps organisations deal with change and uncertainty.
Playback of a solution design to a stakeholder who decided not to go ahead with the solution.
Maybe a different approach to engaging with a new stakeholder, more talking first rather than my usual approach of creating something to talk about.
