52% of Online Shop revenue is from the Referral Visitors from the main website, and Returning Referral Visitors convert three and half times better than New Referral Visitors.

So far in May, 36% of orders have been ‘assisted conversions’, which means the customer came to the online shop multiple times from multiple sources, e.g. email, BHF websites, and directly. 15% of conversions were by Referral and Direct, which means they came from BHF websites and directly to the Online Shop before placing their order.
The new Online Shop is one year old. In that year we’ve seen Conversion Rate go up 11.50%, Order completion go up 15.41%, Account registration go up 104.68%, Abandonment Rate go down 10.82%, Transactions go up 17.42%, Pageviews go up 7.28%, and Average Time on Page go up 2.36%.
