What happened this week…

  • Started thinking about the 16/17 annual analysis.
  • Started analysing stock availability, sales and profit at line level from this year to support stock availability next year.
  • Set up gender attributes so customers can filter clothing by Men’s or Women’s.
  • Arranged our next batch of Magento development work that will allow us to send dispatch notification emails to customers, automate some of our reporting, and be ready to launch more books on the Online Shop.
  • Met with the Digital Marketing Team to plan our marketing for next year.
  • Prepared for upcoming email marketing of the Gifts From The Heart range to be in the BHF Monthly Newsletter and a dedicated email specifically about the gifts for Mother’s Day.
  • Added 22 new products to the Online Shop.
